Reporting a measurement problem

The following details help us understand what happened:

• Your device model, operating system, and browser.
• The selected units and calibration method.
• Your browser zoom level and whether you changed screens.
• What you expected, what happened, and the steps to reproduce it.

If you include a screenshot, crop out personal information. If you use a card for calibration, share only the outline or measurement result; do not send card numbers or other card details.

Before reporting an accuracy issue

Check the scale against an object with a known size and recalibrate on your current display. Screen changes and browser zoom can affect physical measurements. Our getting started guide and frequently asked questions may help.

Privacy requests
